We believe passionately in the power of innovation. We collaborate and share experience and knowledge to develop the innovation capabilities of ourselves, our peers, our businesses and for wider society.

The Network

Twenty innovation practitioners founded the Innovation Pioneers international platform in 2008 in Sweden, to share experience and knowledge. Innovation Pioneers is a pathfinder in charting innovation thinking and practices. Today, the Network is a destination for global innovation leaders and practitioners to share methodologies, tools and insights.

Innovation Events

We learn together and believe in action-oriented learning. Regular tank meetings, hosted by initiator firms, are held across regions and open to all members. We conduct joint projects and run knowledge events, including our flagship annual Innovation Summit featuring 200-plus leaders and practitioners.

Leadership & Members

Innovation Pioneers is a network for innovators, by innovators. Initiating companies from a mix of public and private sector organisations run our network on behalf of our members. Initiators and members are a mix of corporate, SME and Scale-up organisations, who’s shared vision is to build innovation capabilities through joint development, creating effectiveness, performance and growth in our member firms and broader society
